Job Summary:
The Facilities Maintenance and Cleaning Professional is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our production facilities, including production rooms, equipment, and tools. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
- Identify and report any potential non-conforming products or equipment to supervisors and quality assurance personnel.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 years of experience in sanitation, cleaning, or a related field.
- Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions, and possess basic mathematical skills.
- Self-reliant and able to accurately work under limited supervision.
Working Conditions:
- Shift schedules may include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays and periodic overtime.
- Ability to work in cold and/or hot temperatures throughout the day.
- Wear personal protective equipment as needed.
