As a Utilities Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various systems, including the ammonia refrigeration system, boilers/steam systems, HVAC systems, compressed air systems, wastewater system, and domestic water systems.
About the Position
This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair utilities equipment, including the ammonia refrigeration system, boilers/steam systems, HVAC systems, and domestic water heating systems.
- Perform routine inspections of plant machinery and equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement improvements to plant operations.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 6 months of industrial or building facility maintenance experience.
- Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions, and product manuals.
- Current valid driver's license.
