We are a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality dairy products to our customers. As a Maintenance Journeyman, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facility.
We offer a competitive salary of $36.65 per hour, increasing to $38.03/hr on 05/01/25, as well as a $1.00/hr shift differential for employees working between 9:15 pm & 9:45 pm.
In addition to a competitive salary, we provide an excellent benefits package, including eligibility for benefits and holidays on the first day of employment, a $300 annual tool allowance, a 2% annual bonus based on attaining plant goals, and $150 annual safety shoe reimbursement.
Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of facility and production equipment.
- Work with a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and controls.
- Superior logical-thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
