Responsibilities
- Perform duties as needed within the Silo area, including equipment setup, shutdown, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain legible and accurate records, documentation, reports, and other necessary paperwork.
- Participate in cost reduction/continuous improvement activities and contribute to a continuous improvement environment.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safety, following all safety programs and protocols to prevent injuries to self and others.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent movement and standing throughout the workday.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of machine operations and overall production process.
