Job Overview:
The Maintenance Journeyman is a key member of our team, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of facility and production equipment. This role requires superior logical-thinking and troubleshooting skills, as well as the ability to work with a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and controls.
We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong background in industrial manufacturing maintenance. The ideal candidate will have completion of a state-licensed journeyman program OR possess Master License, as well as 2 years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of facility and production equipment.
- Work with a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and controls.
- Superior logical-thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $36.65 per hour, increasing to $38.03/hr on 05/01/25.
- $1.00/hr shift differential for employees working between 9:15 pm & 9:45 pm.
- Excellent benefits package, including eligibility for benefits and holidays on the first day of employment, a $300 annual tool allowance, a 2% annual bonus based on attaining plant goals, and $150 annual safety shoe reimbursement.
