About the Job:
\We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Quality Control Technician to join our Land O'Lakes team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory testing, and maintaining high-quality records.
\In this role, you will perform a variety of qualitative tests or qualitative assays on samples, and aid in maintenance and certification of test instruments and apparatus to ensure compliance.
\You will work closely with Quality Assurance Managers, Lab Supervisors and staff to foster and develop Quality programs, and assist with onboarding and training of employees.
\Requirements:
\Must be 18 years or older
6 months of work experience in any industry
Basic computer and math skills
Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
Willingsness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful
