About the Role
\This position is a key member of our Land O'Lakes manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products.
\You will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product, and working collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient production processes.
\The ideal candidate will have basic computer and math skills, be able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English, and have a willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve, and troubleshoot.
\Responsibilities
\- Comply with all safety processes and insist on safety practices of self and others
- Show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, and adapt to changes quickly
- Able to multi-task and keep up with production demands in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during production process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Collaborate and follow the instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments
