Job Summary: As a General Laborer Packing and Production 3rd Shift at Land O'Lakes, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to production, packaging, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This role requires frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements. You will also be required to wear personal protective equipment and work in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods.

- Operate machinery and equipment to package final product
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Comply with all safety processes and insist on safety practices of self and others
- Show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, and adapt to changes quickly
- Collaborate and follow the instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments
