Key Responsibilities
- Perform all phases of liquid shipping and receiving operations, including setup, shutdown, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to established safety protocols and procedures.
- Ensure all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during production.
- Cross-train as a silo operator and participate in cost reduction/continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent movement and standing throughout the workday.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of machine operations and overall production process.
