About the Job:
As a Production Operator at Land O'Lakes, you will play a critical role in manufacturing and distributing high-quality products. Your primary responsibility will be to perform various processes that add value to inputs and create final products.
The ideal candidate will have 6 months of manufacturing experience and basic computer skills. You must be able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions. Additionally, you should possess critical thinking skills to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing processes that add value to inputs
- Receive and handle raw materials

Work Environment:
You will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent movement, including walking, standing, bending, and climbing. You may be required to wear personal protective equipment and work across temperature zones. Shift schedules include days, nights, and weekends, with some holidays and overtime.
