Job Description:
This Production Operator focuses on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production equipment.
The role requires operating machine tools, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills and ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
- Physical ability to lift 50lbs, frequent movement, and work in various temperature zones
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, active learning, and active listening
- Coordination and time management skills
