Job Description:
The Production Operator is the primary employee responsible for executing manufacturing processes that add value, quality, and efficiency to inputs and create high-quality final products.
This role involves performing a variety of tasks, including receiving and handling raw materials, adding value through proprietary processes, and packaging the final product. In all stages of production, safety, attention to detail, quality, and sanitation are crucial to success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with all safety procedures and insist on safe practices for self and others.
- Show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, and adapt to changes quickly.
- Able to multitask and keep up with production demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during production.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Collaborate and follow the instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 1 year or more of work experience in any industry.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve, and troubleshoot.
- Strong collaboration, communication skills, and respect for colleagues.
Preferred Experience:
- 1 year of manufacturing work experience.
- Machine operation and/or forklift experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements.
- Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
- Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present.
- Required to work scheduled shifts which may include weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtime.
