We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Land O'Lakes, Inc. team.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on our facility and production equipment.
You will work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily checks on plant machinery and equipment to identify any potential issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and downtime.
- Diagnose and repair any issues with the equipment in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Document all work completed and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 6 months of industrial or building facility maintenance experience.
- BASIC computer and math skills.
- Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and product manuals.
- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
- Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful.
- Current valid drivers license.
