Troubleshoot complex issues related to electrical, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic equipment. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure. Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency. Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Five years of experience in industrial machine maintenance with at least two years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Familiarity with CMMS software and computerized controls is a plus.
