Key Responsibilities
In this role as a Production Operator, your key responsibilities will include:
* Complying with all safety processes and insisting on safety practices among colleagues
* Showing up on time and completing tasks by deadlines, while adapting to changes quickly
* Multi-tasking and keeping up with production demands in a fast-paced environment
* Ensuring all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during the production process
You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, collaborating with other teams, and following instructions from leads and management. Additionally, you must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment, and work in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods.
