About the Job

We are seeking a skilled General Laborer to join our team at Land O'Lakes in Spencer, WI. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to manufacturing processes that add value and create high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months of manufacturing experience, a strong understanding of quality control procedures, and excellent communication skills. Forklift experience and certification are also highly valued.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $24.03, with an additional $1.00/hr for working on the 2nd shift. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, life & disability insurance, education assistance, and a 401k plan.
