About the Job
Land O'Lakes is seeking a motivated RO/UF Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining RO and UF systems, ensuring they are running efficiently and safely.
Key Tasks
- Set up, start up, shut down, CIP/COP and troubleshoot ROs, UF, Polisher and Niro units.
- Monitor and document fluxes and conductivities, and perform all testing and sampling required.
- Keep outside of equipment clean and area clean and orderly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements and Preferences
- Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
