Production Operator
We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team at Nutra Blend, an industry leader in manufacturing and distributing quality vitamin, trace mineral, micro-ingredients and antibiotic premixes for the feed industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various manufacturing processes that add value and quality to the inputs and create the final high-quality products. This includes receiving and handling raw materials, adding value through proprietary processes, and packaging the final product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing processes with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Receive and handle raw materials
- Add value through proprietary processes
- Packaging the final product
Requirements:
- 6 plus months of manufacturing experience required
- Basic computer skills
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
- Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
- Working across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is present
