Production Team Member
We are seeking a motivated and organized Production Team Member to join our team at Land O'Lakes. As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to manufacturing, including receiving and handling raw materials, operating equipment, and packaging finished goods.
You will work closely with our production team to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet quality standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
About the Role
- Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements
- Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
- Working across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods
- Shift schedules that include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtime

Requirements
- 18 years or older
- BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions, and possess basic mathematical skills
