About the Job:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Production Operator at Land O'Lakes. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, meeting quality standards, and maintaining a safe working environment.
The ideal candidate will have 6 months of solid work experience in any industry, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow manufacturer's specifications and direction. They will also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 55 lbs., and read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing processes that add value and quality to inputs and create high-quality final products.
- Work in a variety of sub-classifications within the Operator job family, including receiving and handling raw materials, adding value through proprietary processes, and packaging the final product.
- Maintain safety, attention to detail, quality, and sanitation focus throughout all stages of production.
