As a key member of our team, you will serve as the Safety & Compliance Manager responsible for ensuring the safe operation of our transportation services. You will work closely with the DOT Compliance Team to develop and implement effective safety procedures and programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Safety Procedures: Establish and maintain a culture of safety within our organization.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant DOT regulations and guidelines.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to staff and drivers on safety protocols and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; post-high school education preferred.
- Experience: Five plus years related experience in Transportation industry and/or Supply Chain working with DOT regulations and safety programs.
- Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, smartphones, and other hardware/software.
