Join our team as a Third Shift Manufacturing Associate and contribute to the creation of high-quality cheese products. As a member of our production team, you will perform various tasks, including receiving and handling raw materials, assisting with pasteurization and cheesemaking processes, and packaging the final product.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in any industry, be self-reliant and able to accurately work under limited supervision, and possess excellent customer service skills. They will also be able to trouble shoot mechanical problems, work in a collaborative team, and follow manufacturers' specifications and directions.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, and other active movements
- Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
- Working across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is present
