About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Operator to join our Agronomy Service Center and warehouse operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing and loading products using a forklift, organizing storage areas, assisting with cycle counts, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute inventory management activities to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of products to customers.
- Pack and load products onto trailers or containers using a forklift, following safety protocols to prevent damage or injury.
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
