We are seeking a dependable and hard-working Terminal Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Terminal Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing work associated with product handling of various chemicals.
Your duties will include operating within an assigned industrial area, managing tank transfers, and loading and unloading tank trucks. You will work closely with your team to meet production goals and ensure the complete physical safety of yourself and coworkers at all times.
To be successful in this role, you should have 1 year of work experience in a warehouse/storage environment, excellent time management skills, and the ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Age: 18 years or older
- Experience: 1 year of work experience in a warehouse/storage environment
- Time Management: Show up on time, reliably complete tasks by the deadline, and adapt to changes in deadlines and priorities with minimal supervision
- Safety: Ensure the complete physical safety of oneself and one's co-workers at all times without exception
- Coordination: Work well with others to meet team goals and adjust to important changes
- Comprehension: Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
- Active Learning: Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
- Active Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate

- Chemical Handlers License (or ability to attain).
- Able to lift 60lbs
- Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
- Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
- Working across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust and chemicals are present
- Shift schedules that include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays and periodic overtime
