Licensing And Systems Coordinator

Land of a Thousand Hills is looking for a hard-working, dedicated and self-motivated person to join our team in Roswell as the part-time Licensing & Systems Coordinator. The Licensing & Systems Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the licensing process for the organization, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This role involves managing all aspects of licensing applications, renewals, and documentation, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, exceptionally organized with project management skills and able to work 15-20 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Licensing Applications: Oversee the preparation, submission, and tracking of licensing applications to ensure timely approvals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as construction, finance, and operations to assess licensing needs and address any potential compliance issues.
• Renewal Management: Develop and implement systems to track and manage licensing renewals, ensuring deadlines are met without lapses
• Documentation Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all licensing documentation, including applications, correspondence, and approvals.
• Budget Tracking:Monitor expenses related to licensing and provide budget summaries to the finance team for proper planning and forecasting.
• Assist with new shop onboarding activities that include:
• Help with setting up software contracts and systems for shop openings and onboard managers.
• Updating company dashboards
• Assist finance with annual tax tracking and ensure timely payment
• Assist in office management management tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of compliance, project management or administrative experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Flexible work style (able to move from task to task easily).

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $15.00 - $20.00/hour.
