The Sales Floor Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. This role involves interacting with customers, donors, and staff members to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register system, handling cash, credit/debit card payments, and donations.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves, rearranging merchandise, and disposing of trash.
- Assist donors by collecting and processing donations, unloading and loading trailers, and sorting and pricing goods.
Requirements
- Basic math skills and ability to follow LLGI policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, donors, and staff members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
