What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter/ Lot Attendant position at Land Rover Knoxville?
Land Rover of Knoxville is seeking a friendly, outgoing individual to join our Service Team as a Porter/ Lot Attendant team member.
Land Rover Knoxville is a part of the family owned Furrow Automotive Group, which also includes Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville, Sprinter, smart center of Knoxville, Land Rover Porsche of Chattanooga and Infiniti of Chattanooga.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Greet service customers.
- Park vehicles.
- Retrieve vehicles when ready.
- Pick up and deliver vehicles.
- Shuttle customers to and from dealership.
- Assist in getting customers into demo or rental cars.
- Park, clean, and check fuel levels on demo or rental cars.
- Assist customers as needed when items must be transferred from one vehicle to another.
- Stay in constant communication as to your location with Service Advisor and Service Manager.
- Clean Service Department; maintain trash and grounds of dealership.
- Assist in getting new and pre-owned vehicles ready for delivery.
- Report any damages done to a customer owned or dealership owned vehicle to the Service Manager immediately.
- QUALIFCATIONS:
- Ability to deal very well with the public. Ability to make customers feel great about doing business with us. Good judgment. Valid drivers license and a good driving record.
- WORKING CONDITIONS:
Will work in the service department areas as needed. Will often drive a vehicle. Will be required to wear a dealership uniform.
