Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will welcome guests to our establishment, seat them, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.

- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
- Assist in coordinating with servers to ensure timely service.

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to monitor table availability.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar restaurant POS systems.
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to help guests as needed.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food service procedures and practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is beneficial.
