What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Agents or Specialists position at Land Solutions?
People are the heart of every business, and we are looking for Title Agents or Specialists throughout the western United States, to support our growth and expansion in the Renewable energy, Power and Transmission sectors, with particular emphasis on title research and work.
You must have extensive experience in all aspects of title research to be able to support our projects in our US Land Services Division, and have experience or live in the following regions :
- California
- Arizona
- Utah
- Nevada
- Colorado
- Idaho
- Montana
- New Mexico
- Oregon
- Washington
- Wyoming
- Nebraska
The Role
These positions conduct field work in accordance with applicable laws, standards and regulations, and our own operating principles. The roles include work in all aspects of title research in the right of way industry both at the courthouse and online.
Qualifications
