What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative/Front Desk Receptionist position at Land Title and Escrow Company?

Responsibilities may include:
· Greet customers and alert appropriate staff of the arrival of a customers
· Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately
· Keeping waiting area clean and stocked with refreshments and supplies
· Handle customer service requests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
· Courier documents to the county courthouse for recording periodically
· Data Entry
- Downloading recorded documents from the county daily
- Enter documents into company database
Requirements:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office, all internet browsers, and cloud-based programs)
· Demonstrated ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm
· Organized, detailed oriented, multi-tasker, strong communicator, professional demeanor
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Ability to work in a team-based environment
· Ability to accept a variety of assigned work responsibilities and carry out assignments within parameters of instruction given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices
· Must be able to sit for long periods of time
· Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
· Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for courier duties (mileage will be paid for travel time when providing courier services).
· Must have High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
