What we need from you:
This role will be responsible for supporting the company’s customer-related records and related business systems. Supports the Sales Department by setting up, editing, and maintaining customer profiles in the customer management system. Performs other support-related functions for both internal and external customers.
This is an in-office position, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Manages requests for customer code creation and changes, seeking clarification of requests to ensure proper maintenance of customer master records.
- Assist end-users by training them on permitted changes to customer master records
- Make changes to customer requests through customer portal inquiries and login issues
- Maintain targeted customer data in the Customer Database
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analyze and isolate issues
- May support end users and provide primarily Tier 2 support for supported systems.
- Provides ongoing communications and training for one or more business applications.
- Ensures that the application and configurations comply with company security policies.
- Assists other team members in their responsibilities

Hiring Requirements
- 1 year of experience with Customer Database Management software and methodology.
- A High School diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
- Knowledge of legal and real estate terminology and related title insurance processes used in the preparation of title insurance products is preferred.
Compensation:
- The anticipated salary for this position is $40,000 to $49,000 annually.
- In accordance with Colorado state law, this position is non-exempt and all overtime will be paid at time and a half
- Annual employee profit-sharing bonus, based on company performance
