We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with existing clients and new relationships with prospects in the Northern Colorado market.
As a Sales Representative, you will work with other members of the Closing and Sales team to satisfy clients’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service-oriented.
This role represents a unique opportunity to build personal relationships with clients around the state, and eventually transition to an outside sales role within our organization.

- Title License will be required as a condition of employment within 90 days of employment with Land Title.
Responsibilities
- As a consultative sales professional, the inside sales representative is responsible for driving revenue growth from customers across the assigned segment.
- Manage all aspects of the company’s sales efforts within assigned accounts.
- Provide expertise around industry best practices and alignment to customer strategies
- Using lead based sales techniques to sell to existing accounts and customers
- Own activities that will drive assigned sales and gross margin quotas, including prospecting, account strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Analyzes market reporting for emerging opportunities, and develop a strategy to capture new business
- Develops and presents sales strategies for increasing target market sales and manages the execution of these strategies.
- Maintain professional knowledge and development with self-investment in learning, attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies
Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is $50,000 -$70,000/year with commission incentives upon passing of the title insurance license exam.
- As allowable under Colorado State Law, this position is exempt from overtime.
- Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, and expertise & may vary from the amount above.
