ACCOUNT EXECTUIVE POP DISPLAYS – WESTCOTT DISPLAYS DIVISION
OPPORTUNITY: Landaal Packaging Systems is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Sales Professional with temporary Point of Purchase (POP) Display, structural design, sales retention and development experience to manage an existing client territory, grow the business by finding new opportunities, and establish new relationships with potential clients. This role is responsible for managing the sales pipeline from prospecting, opportunity RFQ, design production, and program execution. This role’s compensation is determined by a base salary and commission structure, and a year-end performance bonus. Base salary is determined on candidate’s experience, but ranges between $110,000 and $125,000

In this role, you will initiate, maintain, and expand relationships with strategically important, and complex new customers across primarily the POP Display and promoting solutions offerings. This role will be responsible for the planning, execution, and tracking of the outlined sales strategy of key accounts and opening new strategic client relationships. This role is also responsible for managing account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customer needs and expectations are met by the compan

• Sales: Identify and develop sales leads through various sources (business/industry directories and publications, trade shows, web sites etc.); establish and maintain customer relationships and provide primary customer c

• Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients and prospecting for n

• Market Analysis: Understanding market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to tailo
r sales approches.
•Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and goals. Make presentations to existing and prospective clients generating new and additional
business.
Partner with clients to assess marketing and promotionl needs.
• Program Execution: Work with internal resources including Design, Estimating, Project Management, Production and Fulfillment to lead and initiate com
plete projects ad orders
• Perform regular “store checks” to assess the quality of finished product in the marketplace and analyze promotional efec
tiveness• Travel as needed throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers; travel requirement fluctuates depending on need and may encompass 100% of the Account Executive’s time in certain situations
