THE POSITION
This position is a high-impact leadership role, working closely with the Market Vice President and on-site teams to oversee the landscape operations for a large direct report facility. This person will drive operational excellence, foster client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality landscape services that align with the client's goals and expectations.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Operational Oversight
- Oversee all landscape operations at the facility, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety
- Collaborate with the Market Vice President to implement processes that improve service delivery and operational performance
- Monitor and manage the scheduling, execution, and completion of landscape maintenance and enhancement projects
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess service quality, identify improvement areas, and ensure contract compliance
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure that all operations align with financial goals and cost controls
Client Service and Retention
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at the facility, understanding their needs and ensuring service satisfaction
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and offering proactive solutions
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a comprehensive Landscape Quality Audit process, ensuring consistent service delivery and identifying enhancement opportunities
- Develop and present client proposals, contracts, and recommendations that align with the facility's objectives and meet budget requirements
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and promote career growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations

- 5 years of experience in landscape operations management or a related field
- Capable of excelling in a highly dynamic and agile environment with a commitment to presenting innovative client solutions
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving operational excellence
- Exceptional client relationship and communication abilities
- Experience managing large-scale properties or facilities is preferred
- Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and drive cost-effective solutions
- Proficiency in landscape management software and Microsoft Office Suite
