What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gardener, Landscaper, Hardscaper position at Landcrafters LLC?
Are you passionate about transforming and maintaining outdoors spaces and creating beautiful landscapes? Landcrafters, LLC is expanding our crew with both entry-level and experienced gardeners, landscapers and hardscapers.
Ideal candidates should have a strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Depending on the position, responsibilities could include, but not limited to:
· Perform general landscaping tasks - pruning, edging, dead-heading, weeding
· Install and maintain gardens including soil preparation, planting annuals, perennials, trees and shrubs, mulching and composing
· Be able to identify common plant needs or issues
· Assist in installing landscaping features such as stone steps, patios, walkways, outdoor kitchens, stone veneer and fire pits
· Have an eye for detail
· Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
· Be able to safely lift up to 75lbs
· Have a clean, valid driver's license for the past 3 years
· Be a team player
· Have a polite, courteous and professional demeanor
· Honest, ethical and dependable
· Interested and motivated to learn and grow in your role
· Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required.
We offer a Full-Time work week of Monday-Friday, no weekends, year-round employment.
Pay $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
