Hardscaping Crew Member

Landcrafters, LLC is expanding our stone crew with both entry-level and experienced workers. We are looking for motivated individuals with a positive attitude who enjoy working outdoors, are looking for a career and are willing to learn the trade (or already know it).

Primary responsibilities include: Excavating and grading surfaces to prepare for installations.

• Excavating and grading surfaces to prepare for installations.
• Building outdoor structures such as steps, walk-ways, outdoor kitchens, patios, fire pits, seating areas, etc.
• Constructing retaining walls with natural stone, concrete and other materials
• Laying pavers, bricks and stones in a precise manner.

Ideal candidates should:

• Be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Be able to safely lift up to 75lbs
• Be able to safely operate equipment and tools including saws, drills, grinders, excavators and other hardscaping equipment
• Have a clean, valid driver's license for the past 3 years and reliable transportation.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Be honest, ethical and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Previous outdoor labor experience preferred but not required. More importantly is having the right attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to drive, and back up a truck with a trailer, is a plus.

We offer a full-time work week of Monday-Friday, no weekends, year-round employment. You will report to our central location each morning before heading out to your job site or service area, and return to the shop at the end of your day. Hours are typically 7AM to 4PM with the opportunity to earn overtime pay in season.

Pay $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Landcrafters is an established landscape and design company. We specialize in timeless stonework, organic plant care and native/sustainable landscape design and installation. We have a crew of 35 great people, all of whom spend the entire year with us.
