Landscaping and Gardening

Are you passionate about transforming and maintaining outdoors spaces and creating beautiful landscapes? Landcrafters, LLC is expanding our crew with both entry-level and experienced gardeners and landscapers. We are seeking motivated individuals with a positive attitude who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in their work

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

· Installing and maintaining gardens including soil preparation, planting annuals, perennials, trees and shrubs, mulching and composing

· Performing general landscaping tasks - pruning, edging, dead-heading, weeding

· Planting and maintaining containers

· Monitoring plant health and identifying pest or disease issues.

· Maintaining cleanliness of garden areas by removing debris and trash.

An ideal candidate should:

· Have a general knowledge of common plants and weeds

· Have an eye for detail

· Be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

· Be able to safely lift up to 50lbs

· Have a clean, valid driver's license for the past 3 years and reliable transportation

· Be able to work independently and as part of a team

· Have a polite, courteous and professional demeanor

· Interested and motivated to learn and grow in your role

· Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required. More importantly is having the right attitude and willingness to learn.

We offer a full-time work week of Monday-Friday, no weekends, year-round employment. You will report to our central location each morning before heading out to your job site or service area, and return to the shop at the end of your day. Hours are typically 7AM to 4PM with the opportunity to earn overtime pay in season.

Pay $18.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience

Landcrafters is an established landscape and design company. We specialize in timeless stonework, organic plant care and native/sustainable landscape design and installation. We have a crew of 35 great people, all of whom spend the entire year with us.
