💼 What You’ll Do
As a Digital Marketing Associate, you’ll help Landelion build visibility and generate leads through digital-first campaigns and marketing content. You’ll work across marketing, sales, and project teams to grow our U.S. presence and support client success.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Lead Generation
- Execute cold email and automated email marketing campaigns (Apollo, Instantly, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Launch and manage Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns with tracked metrics
- Analyze campaign results using Google Analytics, UTM tagging, and dashboards
2. Content & Sales Asset Creation
- Draft and manage case studies, product one-pagers, sales decks, and email templates
- Collaborate with design and client-facing teams to create marketing-ready materials
- Tailor content tone and language for the U.S. market and B2B buyers
3. Website & SEO Optimization
- Maintain and update Landelion’s U.S. website content and blog
- Implement SEO strategies using SEMrush and Google Search Console
- Track keyword rankings, traffic, and content performance
4. Brand & Community Engagement
- Manage regular content for LinkedIn and other social channels
- Monitor competitor activity and propose new content formats
- Support industry events, partnerships, and association engagement
5. Client Marketing Project Support
- Assist with execution of client-facing digital marketing tasks, including:
- Social media scheduling and management
- English-language copywriting for posts, emails, and ads
- Visual asset creation with Canva or similar tools
- Light video editing or vendor coordination
🧠 Who You Are
✅ Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B environment
- Proficiency with tools such as:
- Email & Outreach: Apollo, Instantly, Mailchimp, HubSpot
- CRM & Lead Management: HubSpot CRM, Salesforce
- SEO & Paid Ads: SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Ads
- Analytics & Automation: Google Analytics, Zapier
- Excellent written communication skills in professional English
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Slides, Notion, and Trello

📅 Work Schedule & Compensation
- Work Location: This is a full-time onsite position based in our Beverly, MA office.
- Given the highly collaborative nature of marketing, this role is expected to work onsite five days per week, especially in the first year.
- You will be closely partnering with sales, project, and content teams to drive campaign success and support client-facing materials in real time.
- (Note: Unlike sales positions, where results are individually driven, marketing at Landelion emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, making in-office presence essential.)
- Compensation:
- Annual Salary: $48,000–$52,000 base
- Performance Bonus: Up to $8,000/year, based on quarterly KPIs
- OTE (On-Target Earnings): ~$60,000/year
