- Driving Insights & Making Data Actionable – Build and refine reports, analyze key metrics, and turn data into clear, usable recommendations that help drive decisions across the business.
- Fixing Operational Bottlenecks – When processes are slowing things down, you’ll figure out why , propose solutions, and own the execution to make things better.
- Overseeing Routing & Workflow Approvals – Ensure jobs, purchases, and key business functions move efficiently through the pipeline. No roadblocks, no unnecessary slowdowns.
- Owning & Improving Daily Operations – Whether it’s scheduling inefficiencies, process gaps, or vendor issues, you’ll dig in, diagnose, and fix it .
- Managing & Supporting Key Projects – Work cross-functionally on initiatives that improve efficiency, service, and profitability .
- Rolling Up Your Sleeves & Handling Real Problems – Sometimes, things just need to get done . You’ll help troubleshoot, coordinate across teams, and ensure execution happens .

- Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- This is PRIMARILY an in-office role with hybrid options once you've proven yourself.
