Were looking for a Business Operations Analyst who thrives on solving real operational problems, driving process improvements, and making data work for the business . This role isnt just about crunching numbersits about rolling up your sleeves, diving into the weeds, and fixing things. Youll work directly with the Director of Project Management , ensuring that reporting, approvals, processes, and daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with clear direction.

What Youll Be Doing :

• Driving Insights & Making Data Actionable Build and refine reports, analyze key metrics, and turn data into clear, usable recommendations that help drive decisions across the business.
• Fixing Operational Bottlenecks When processes are slowing things down, youll figure out why , propose solutions, and own the execution to make things better.
• Overseeing Routing & Workflow Approvals Ensure jobs, purchases, and key business functions move efficiently through the pipeline. No roadblocks, no unnecessary slowdowns.
• Owning & Improving Daily Operations Whether its scheduling inefficiencies, process gaps, or vendor issues, youll dig in, diagnose, and fix it .
• Managing & Supporting Key Projects Work cross-functionally on initiatives that improve efficiency, service, and profitability .
• Rolling Up Your Sleeves & Handling Real Problems Sometimes, things just need to get done . Youll help troubleshoot, coordinate across teams, and ensure execution happens .

Preferred Experience & Skills :

• Experience in business analysis, operations, or project execution .
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other reporting tools .
• Familiarity with dispatching, scheduling, workflow approvals, and process optimization .
• Experience working in a service-based, operationally complex environment .
• Ability to work across departments and get things done in a fast-moving environment.

Availability :

• Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• This is PRIMARILY an in-office role with hybrid options once you've proven yourself.
