What Youll Be Doing:
- Driving Change & Fixing Real Problems Identify inefficiencies, dig into root causes, propose solutions, and own execution.
- Using Data to Drive Decisions Build and refine reports, analyze key metrics, and turn insights into action.
- Overseeing Routing & Workflow Approvals Keep jobs, purchases, and key business functions moving efficiently. No bottlenecks.
- Owning & Improving Daily Operations Scheduling inefficiencies, process gaps, vendor issues? Youll dig in, diagnose, and solve them.
- Leading & Supporting Key Projects Work cross-functionally on initiatives that improve efficiency, service, and profitability.
- Rolling Up Your Sleeves & Handling Business Needs This isnt a desk job. Its about execution, troubleshooting, and working across teams.
- Experience leading change and improving operations.
- The ability to make data actionablenot just analyze it but use it to drive operational improvements.
- A bias for actionyou dont just see problems, you solve them.
- Operational experienceyou understand workflows, scheduling, approvals, and what makes a business run well.
- A strong communicatoryou can explain changes, get buy-in, and influence others.

- Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other reporting tools.

- Experience working in a service-based, operationally complex environment.
- Ability to work across departments and get things done in a fast-moving environment.
- Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- This is an in-office role with employees working from our Baltimore MD office. Hybrid options may be considered after demonstrated performance.
