About the Role


As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in keeping Landers Appliance running efficiently. This is not just an administrative roleyou will be deeply involved in the daily execution of projects, operational planning, reporting, business analysis, inventory management, and marketing efforts. You will work closely with the Operations Manager, ensuring the heartbeat of the company keeps moving forward while also assisting in customer interactions, escalations, and digital communications.


This is an in-office role that requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate across departments. Youll be expected to think on your feet, problem-solve, and adapt quickly. One moment you might be analyzing business performance data, the next you could be managing an inventory process or working with the team to optimize routing and scheduling. No two days will be the same, and your ability to pivot and support where needed will be key to your success.


Key Responsibilities


Operational Support & Project Execution:


  • Provide direct support to the Operations Manager, assisting in daily operations, project coordination, and problem-solving.
  • Track and analyze key performance data, generating reports to drive operational efficiency.
  • Help oversee parts and inventory management, ensuring the right supplies are in place.
  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives, including tracking outreach and customer engagement efforts.
  • Assist in business analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Master our routing and scheduling processes, supporting the team with phone support as well as logistical and dispatch needs.

Process Optimization & Cross-Functional Coordination:


  • Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Work across multiple departments, ensuring smooth coordination between teams.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement new operational strategies.

Customer Interaction & Escalation Management:


  • Work with customers digitally and over the phone to solve problems efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring they are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

Occasional Backup Responsibilities (As Needed):


While this role is focused on operations, from time to time, you may be called upon to assist with other critical business functions, including:

  • Supporting the customer service team when needed.
  • Helping with sales administration or inventory management.
  • Assisting in reporting and data entry for business analytics.
Your ability to adapt and provide high-level support where needed will make you invaluable to the team.

  • Tech-savvyproficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and comfortable working with new software.
  • Someone who enjoys problem-solving and driving efficiency across an organization.
Availability:


  • Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • This is an in-office role.
