Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various makes and models of vehicles according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with engines, transmissions, brakes, and other vehicle systems
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify and repair issues
- Communicate with service advisors and customers about vehicle maintenance and repair needs
- Keep detailed records of all services and repairs performed
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment
- Continuously develop and enhance technical skills through training and on-the-job experience
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Auto Technician
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostic technology
- ASE certification preferred
- Ability to operate and understand various diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Must have own tools
