Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships between collision center, customer and insurance partners
- Write accurate estimates, prepare damage reports and update customers daily with vehicle status
- Keep all files current and attend daily release meetings to provide status updates
- Record all damage on vehicles to ensure documentation of prior damage
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License with clean motor vehicle record
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail while working under tight timelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills including date entry, internet, and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to follow direction while working independently
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time in all weather conditions
- Professional Appearance
