Job Responsibilities:
- Work with implementation teams on new business and fund launches
- Review feeder fund draft documents and operational questionnaires
- Determine commitment sizes and analyze feeder fund expenses
- Oversee quarterly feeder fund NAV and partners’ capital account statement issuance
- Review and sign-off on capital call and distribution cash analysis
- Participate in management-level meetings and attend on-site due diligence
- Approve and release quarterly management fee payment wires
- Facilitate process automation and efficiency with Technology and Product teams
- Monitor fund compliance with partnership operating agreement terms
- Oversee preparation of annual fund financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 3-6 years of financial services or asset management accounting and operations experience for Associate role
- 5-10 years of experience for AVP role
- 10 years of experience for VP role
- Advanced degree or credentials such as MBA, CPA, CFA, or CAIA is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
