- Conduct comprehensive reviews of portfolio company documents, including financial statements, progress reports, and strategic plans.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to evaluate operational and financial performance.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and metrics of portfolio companies.
- Implement and refine processes related to financial reporting.
- Participate in the valuation process of portfolio companies.
- Prepare and disseminate regular investor updates.
- Connect portfolio companies with the VC fund’s broader network.
- Facilitate access to resources such as technology and service providers.
- Organize workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and events.
- Support the fundraising process for the firm and its portfolio companies.
- Work with portfolio company leadership to develop strategic plans.
- Support initiatives for market expansion and revenue growth strategies.
- Identify and implement opportunities for M&A or strategic partnerships.
- 3-6 years of directly relevant professional experience (e.g., VC/PE, management consulting).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
