- Support senior fundraiser in capital raising efforts across institutional investors, including pensions, endowments, foundations, consultants, and family offices.
- Manage relationships with existing and prospective LPs, ensuring consistent engagement and strategic follow-ups.
- Prepare pitch books, investor presentations, and due diligence materials for prospective investors.
- Identify and qualify new investor leads through market research and networking.
- Serve as a key point of contact for investors, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates on fund performance, strategy, and market positioning.
- Assist in managing investor onboarding, subscriptions, and compliance-related documentation.
- Coordinate investor communications, including quarterly letters, webinars, and investor meetings.
- Work closely with internal teams, including portfolio management, finance, legal, and marketing, to ensure seamless fundraising and investor relations operations.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor positioning, and fundraising best practices to enhance the firm’s capital-raising efforts.
- 7–10 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or capital raising within alternative investments (credit, private equity, hedge funds, real assets).
- Strong understanding of private credit, private equity and alternative investment strategies.
- Demonstrated success in managing investor relationships and supporting fundraising efforts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling investor materials.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
