As an Electronic Services Representative, you will be a key part of ensuring the seamless delivery of our electronic services. Whether processing transactions, resolving inquiries, or supporting financial needs, you’ll play an essential role in enhancing our members’ experience and contributing to our community's success.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Post and balance all drafts, ACH, payroll files, and Visa payments daily, including reprocessing and resolving rejected entries.
- Process orders for new and replacement cards and PINs and perform account file maintenance, as necessary.
- Assist members with questions or issues related to drafts, EFT/ACH, and cards, including canceling lost or stolen cards in line with credit union policies.
- Manage incoming and outgoing wire transfers efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with payroll contacts, ensuring accurate payroll forms and up-to-date records.
- Perform general office duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Skills/Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- A passion for providing excellent member service.
- 6 months of relevant experience.
- Previous financial institution experience preferred.
