Groundskeeper

We are currently seeking a skilled groundskeeper for a large apartment and townhome community in Jacksonville to maintain and enhance the curb appeal and value of our property. In addition to the hourly rate of pay the groundskeeper will participate in a monthly lease renewal bonus program.

The selected applicant must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, keen eye for detail and have the ability to multi-task.

Job Duties Include:

· Meticulous upkeep of community grounds

· Pick up trash and dispose into designated receptacles

· Empty waste receptacles throughout the community

· Patch asphalt on roadways throughout the community

· Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Must have reliable transportation

· Must have valid driver’s license

· Must be able to handle moderate lifting

· Background check and pre-employment drug test
