Facilities/Maintenance Assistant at Landis Homes
Be ready to love your job and do meaningful work for a local retirement organization! Landis Homes is looking for a Facilities/Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This individual is comfortable with providing assistance in a variety of functions, and has a desire to learn and grow!

Position Essential Responsibilities:
- Participate in various aspects of preventative and restorative maintenance for residents, team members, and guest.
- Assist in a variety of functions such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, security, building maintenance, and groundskeeping.
- Assist with emergency situations
- Assist with set up of facilities for meetings and resident relocations.
Position Essential Duties:
- Be in accordance with all standards and regulations.
- Communicate well with staff, residents, and guests you come across.
- Manage your time and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Work well in a team and independently.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a current PA Driver's License.
- Prior experience in a related role preferred.
